It's all fresh. It's all yummy. It's all new. At Liebesbier we only serve top-quality food and all our dishes are characterized by a distinct sophistication: From typical Franconian food to modern fusion style and international food trends, everything is made from locally available ingredients. We are always happy to tell you where the ingredients of your dish come from as we know most of the producers and suppliers personally.
We only serve the cream of the crop
Our kitchen predominantly uses local ingredients and we trust in our suppliers and their products as we have tested all of their goods ourselves. We use meat from Franconian free-range cattle as well as tropical fruit grown in a tropical green house called "Klein Eden" (Little Eden) in Tettau, Franconia. And because we think that homemade is the best we try to produce many things ourselves, if possible: Bread and baguette are baked fresh every morning in our own bakery, our brew water is pumped up from our own well, our ice cream is made with fresh fruit and our meat ages in our own meat curing chamber.Beverages
