Delirium Tremens presents itself in a golden, slightly hazy robe with a strong white head. Fine carbonation adds a lively sparkle to its appearance. On the nose, it reveals a complex and spicy aroma with fruity notes of green apple, pear, and citrus, accompanied by the typical Belgian yeast character and hints of clove, coriander, and pepper. The flavor is bold and layered: a sweet malt body is balanced by a gentle bitterness. Spicy and alcoholic notes unfold in the middle, while the finish is dry, effervescent, and lightly peppery. The mouthfeel is full-bodied with vibrant carbonation and a warming alcohol presence that never feels heavy.
