Gila Monster from Gekko Brewing in southern France, brewed in collaboration with Salama Brewing from Finland, is a modern West Coast IPA with a real bite: Centennial lays down a classic backbone of pine and citrus, while Luminosa adds juicy notes of peach, pear, and tropical fruit. Pacifica rounds out the hop profile with sweet orange peel and delicate floral spice, instantly pulling you into the next sip. Lean, crisp, and refreshingly dry with a firm, clean bitterness, this IPA is a vibrant showcase of everything a modern West Coast IPA should be.
