Barrel Aged Weizenbock with Brett by Maisel & Friends

A Bavaria Ale aged in a red wine barrel. Thanks to wild yeast, this beer developed a strong sour note during barrel aging. The taste of this beer specialty is reminiscent of must or Federweißen from white Silvaner grapes. Strictly limited and only available in barrels.
